Brian Bro is CEO of PURE Solutions. Brian leads the PURE Movement for healthier, fresher, cleaner indoor environments everywhere. His primary focus is doing whatever it takes to improve people’s lives with PURE innovation with products that provide the freshest sleeping and living environment throughout the world. He has successfully led PURE through intensive growth focusing on allergy-friendly hotel rooms and residential homes with hypoallergenic bedding encasements and air purification products.
While launching a new industry. I met Brian through the Entrepreneurs Organisation our paths crossed many times as we both volunteered our time to server on various board roles over the past 16 years for Brian and 14 years for for me. Brian is that guy that always makes you feel calm, he is authentic, sincere kind and giving. I am grateful to call Brian a friend! Brian is the current Global Chairman of The Entrepreneurs Organisation which is celebrating it’s 30 year anniversary this year. I have spoken many times about this organisation and have interviewed many members but in case you are a new listener or missed some of those episodes here’s a bit of back ground.

Kate Middleton is the CEO Censeo Engineers & Building Consultants; as well as the founder of online career development company, Career Oracle. Having re-privatised Censeo Engineering from an ASX listed conglomerate last year, she is the youngest and only female CEO of an engineering / loss adjusting company in Australia.
Throughout her corporate career within Investment and Insurance, and now Engineering, Kate has established a track record of turning traditional bricks and mortar businesses into high-volume, technology-driven profit machines. In October 2016 Kate won Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year at the Women’s Agenda Leadership Awards in Sydney, and also recently completed a short course in Strategic Leadership at Harvard University in Boston.
